Terms of Service
Effective: May 15, 2026
These Terms govern your use of CV Creator. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Consumer users located in Turkey retain all non-waivable rights granted by the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (no. 6502); nothing in these Terms limits those.
Acceptable use
Use the service to prepare your own CV and job applications. Do not: (a) submit content you don't have rights to, (b) scrape protected sites in violation of their terms, (c) impersonate another person, (d) attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or break the service, or (e) use it to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party privacy.
Billing & cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal — there are no hidden fees and you keep access for the remainder of the current billing period. Under Turkish consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services unless you have actively used the paid features during that period (we display this notice at checkout).
AI-generated content
Our AI rewrites the CV based on the facts you provide and may add wording it considers a stronger expression of those facts. You remain responsible for reviewing the output for accuracy before sending it to employers. AI-generated cover letters and photos are creative outputs; you own the right to use them but make no warranty that they are free of similarities to other outputs.
Liability
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no warranty regarding hiring outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Turkish or EU law (e.g. gross negligence, willful misconduct).
